Are the Deathshroud Terminators good or in particular better than Thallax?

I dont think I can givr you the write answer, but what I can tell you is relevant.

I play csm and I use their termi. Csm are marginally cheaper but they trade away the pf. They dont get to have th/ss, rending assault cannons, cml, etc... I find loyal%st termi with:

Termi, 1 cml, 2 th/ss so hard to kill.

U need to figure out what death shroud gives you that a normal loyalist termi squad can not. Then you need to figure out if the upgrade in points are worth it.
