Hello, could someone please tell me how you buy warlocks, spirit seers and farseers in new eldar codex? ( can you buy them in squads, are the IC, can they split into different squads, do warlocks take up HQ choice etc)

Page 95 of the Eldar codex contains all the answers to your questions.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Which new Eldar codex do you mean? The main one or the supplement?
AFAIK, the choices are different in both books.

There's only one minor change on how you take Seers with Iyanden - you can take up to 5 Spiritseers as a single HQ choice. (No fear in posting this as it's visible in the preview trailer GW put out.)
Everything else works as it does in Codex: Eldar.

In either case, it's clearly outlined in the codex.
