Lol, I love it.

A little excessive on the gunships, and I'm not sure of the quality of a power axe.

I swear I think those two have a hate-crush on each other sometimes.

IDK, 3 flames, a demo charge, shotgun fire, and a sub-decent charge might be kind of interesting.

Those vets will never make it to close combat if your opponent is even half-awake. That's an insane amount of points to dump on a squad that is partially kitted out for suicide.
Let's see... 70 base, 10 power axe, 20 heavy flamer, 10 flamers, 30 grenadiers, 30 demolitions... that's 170 points, 17 a model for guardsmen. I think you'd be better with a 20-man platoon with no upgrades to screen for your Tau, and a 4-melta PCS to drop out of the Vendetta. Or 4 flamers for the PCS and 2 meltas for the platoon.

But, honestly, taking Vets with flamers is just wasting their only real bonuses: multiple special weapons at BS4. And, assuming they're supposed to grav chute, using a PCS would be better in terms of the deep strike scatter. VERY easy to lose an entire squad using grav chute if it's bigger than 5-6 (PCS or Special Weapons Team).
