1. For smash do you add extra attacks from extra ccw, charge, powers before or after the smash 1/2ing?
2. Do you strike at str 8 or 6 if a tzeentch daemon prince takes the lesser magic weapon form the daemon codex?
Thats it for now.

1. you add attacks after because Smash halves the attack characteristic.
2. I don't know what the lesser weapon is.

I have a peanut allergy. It's really inconsiderate.

Before the final blow was struck, I tore open a portal in space and flung him into the Warp, where my evil is law! Now the fool seeks to return to real-space, and undo the evil that is Chaos!" |

For number 1, the FAQ addresses it.:
Q: The rulebook says that you halve your Attacks characteristic if
you perform a Smash attack. However, if a Monstrous Creature has
an uneven number of Attacks, (3 for example), but has charged that
turn, does it receive the bonus Attack for charging before or after
halving its Attacks? (p42)
A: You halve the model’s Attacks characteristic first, then
apply any additional modifiers. In the example above, the
model would halve its Attacks first (rounding up to 2), then
receive a bonus Attack for charging.
Number 2's fairly obvious. Str. 8

Number one has been answered pretty complete now. Number two is a little bit tricker. When you select the 0 result on the lesser reward roll you get a choice between two weapons. One is the basic Etherblade and the other weapon is dependent on your daemonic alignment. As you have the choice, you will need to take a look at both profiles and decide which one you want as they have very different outcomes depending on which weapon you select. The profiles can be found on page 62. In your case the two weapons you have to decide from is the basic Etherblade and the Staff of Change. One is a Strength User+2 weapon with a unique rule, which could be either good or bad based on pure luck, as well as a single universal special rule. The other is at the User+0 that comes with AP 2 and one single universal ability which I do suggest at least giving a second thought over. Both weapons do have an additional universal special rule that is a disadvantage, but it won't come into consideration as it is the same regardless which one you take. I can not advise you which one you might consider to be better, you need to weigh them up and judge for yourself. This does mean I can not accurately answer your question, because it will be either strength 6 or strength 8 depending on which weapon you take.

8th made it so I can no longer sway Tau onto the side of Chaos, but they will eventually turn aside from their idea of the Greater Good to embrace the Greatest of pleasures. |

Vector Strike only strikes at its unmodified Str.
