When I am looking at Dakka on my iphone all i see on the border are blinking orks. Is this an easter egg or just something wrong with dakka on iphone safari.

This used to happen a lot. I can't remember what the bug was though, try clearing your cache and see if that fixes it. If not don't worry, someone will remember how to fix it.

Its almost assuredly a cache issue...you need to clear the browser cache to fix this (which sadly on the iphone means you need to clear the cache for all websites).
Yes as yak says it is a bug in iOS. I think if you fully power your phone off and on again it might fix it, but failing that you need to clear your cache.
