Recently bought this lot on:

Ragnar Blackmane with 2 Rune Priest bodyguard and Iron Priest.

10 man Bolter Squad inc 2 heavy bolters.

Assault Squad with chain swords.

Assault Squad with power weapons.

Heavy Weapon Squad, 5 meltas, 2 plasma guns.

Bike Squad, 2 space marine bikes, 1 sidecar with multi melta.

4 Terminators, cyclone missile launcher and storm bolter,assault cannon and chain fist, lightning claws, thunder hammer and shield.

What do you lot thing and what should I chop and change to improve it?

Right away, I'd say separate and selll the bikes.They dont' fit very well with most competitive SW lists.

Questions: Do your assault squads have jump packs? How many models in those squads? Does the whole squad have power-swords or power axes?

The 10 man bolter squad works nice as a grey hunter unit, but they can't have heavy bolters in the squad. So... replace the heavy bolter models with either 2 plasmagun models or 2 meltagun models. The Heavy bolter dudes will go into a Long Fang squad.

The Terminators are good. Consider using the TH+SS and the 2x WC models as lone wolves or as characters. They'll be too expensive pointwise as wolf guard.

The assault squads are 8 models each, they don't have jet packs, one squad has chainswords the other has poweraxes.

Ok....Here's what you've got.

HQ Models
Ragnar Blackmane : can be used to represent the special character of the same name, or a stock wolf lord.
Rune Priests : Each model is an HQ choice

Troops

Unit#1 : Grey Hunters or Blood Claws
8 models with BP+chainsword
2 models with meltaguns

Unit #2 : Grey Hunters or Blood Claws
8 models with BP + Axe (axe counts as close combat weapon)
2 models with meltaguns

Unit #3 : Grey Hunters
8 models with Bolters
2 models with plasmaguns

Elites

Iron Priest : Can be a unit all to himself. Or you can add the two heavy bolters to him to make him a unit of 3.

Terminators
The Terminators with Cyclone Launcher and Assault Cannon can only be used as Wolf Guard models. Sadly, you cannot legally field either unless you have at least 5 wolf guard.

The Terminators with claws and TH+SS can be used to represent either Wolf Guard, or Lone Wolves or even HQ characters like Wolf Lords or Wolf Guard Battle Leaders.

Fast Attack
Bikes : IMHO you should sell these on Ebay. But you can use them as Blood Claw bikers.

Heavy Support :
The 2 dudes with Heavy Bolters could be long fangs. But you'll need one plain power armored guy with BP+CCW to be the sergeant.
