Hey, Ive been searching for a bit, and cant find any (reasonable) ones

Curious if you guys could throw some links at me, just looking for MDF boards with the base grooves so you can magnetize and carry your models in them.

exactly, but not hilariously expensive, if they weren't made out of plastic id be tempted to buy the trays for those and just bolt them to my own boards, actually maybe i'll do that, but shipping is quite a bit =/

Battlegeeks had nice MDF looking once but seem to be out of stock

I don't to tell you, man.

Most of the MDF boards I've ssen lately are a bit more than those.

Perhaps my blatant plug for an old friend was a bit too blatant.

The Mechanika ones honestly don't feel like plastic: When I first picked one up, I could have sworn it was particle board. It takes glue and drilling very nicely, and can be flocked quite easily if you're looking to make a display board.

Might I suggest grabbing a plain light wooden tray from Michaels/AC Moore/ Hobby Lobby and tricking it out in the same terrain that you've got rockin' your miniatures?

They don't range anything more than $10.

Why is it that only those who have never fought in a battle are so eager to be in one?

Yeah, to be honest if they were just 10$ i'd be all over it, but we're looking at almost another 20 in shipping, which gets excessive for what i'm looking for. I saw the battlegeek ones on discountmini's, but they are out of stock.
