Im looking for a good section of airbrushing techniques and their applications in 40k specifically for eldar tanks and infantry.

Im also looking for any tips, paint schemes or tricks specifically regarding my army and colour choices.

Ive recently started painting my eldar after many years of having them mostly primed black. Ive got one squad of DA and 2 wave serpents painted but id like to try out a few techniques to get different effects on some of my other units, specifically falcon/WS/Warp spiders/ and around 30 jet bikes.

Im going with a snow/ice theme, im really more of a paint by numbers kind of guy I like specific directions lol

I started with a base of ultramarine blue, then did a 50 or so degree shot of electric blue, then sky blue at a higher angle, then sky blue with a drop of white at about 90, and then white highlights. What im not sure is what colours to paint extra items like blades, stones, bags, chains, trinkets, belts, etc all the things I cant airbrush essentially.

Thanks for any help

These don't use your color scheme, but you may find them helpful:

Well, I'll keep to the Youtube theme, and suggest this:

Take a look through all his stuff. It's all applied to larger surfaces, but can fairly easily be scaled down to our size.

I just started doing my Warmachine Cryx army with the "Wrinkle/Marble" trick on their armor (in red on black, with orange highlights).

I apologize that I only have a WIP pic uploaded, but it still gives you a good idea of what I'm doing:

EDIT: Ha! I lied. Newer WIP photo, near completion.

Why is it that only those who have never fought in a battle are so eager to be in one?
