So in your opinion out of the Chaos and Daemons codex what is the best unit to outflank with a Slaaneshi Lord? I'm thinking either Nurgle Spawn or Fiends since they can keep up and pack a good punch in CC, BUT the problem I see is the turn they come in they just kind of sit there and say HI and get there faces shot off. lol This is for a friendly TAC list btw.
Any Advice?

I had an Idea around this, but it requires a lot of points, and I'm not sure how its gonna work.
But how's this?; Lord w/MoS, steed, burning brand, SoC and PF. In a squad of 6-7 Chosen with 4 meltas and a combi melta And Abbaddon to make them troops on the other side of the field to lead the army with a LR and some termies or more chosen. Maybe a cuple more rhinos with chosen to make use of this very elite, but expensive troop choice.
Just a thought.
Or if you're crazy, the steed with 20 possessed with MoS and the FnP thing and reroll to hit thing. And a prince or herald with the grimoire to give them 3+ invoul.

Hey Laughing God,
The two ideas you mention, although good, are not an option. A Slaanesh Marked Lord may only join units with a similar mark. So a MoS unit of Spawn would work, but a MoN unit won't. Similarly, a unit with the Daemonic Instability special rule, may not be joined by a model without that rule. Which prevents a Lord from joining any Daemon unit.
You could attach the Lord to a unit of MoS Spawn, which would be nice.
But, taking a Slaanesh Herald with steed, Lesser Reward, Exalted Reward, Icon of Beguilement and a large squad of Daemonettes or Seekers would be even better I think.
Instead of the Lord you could then take a Sorcerer with ML3 and a Bike and join him with the forementioned unit of Nurgle Spawn. Both units would work great together. If you are set on the Fiends, adding 1 unit of 3 Fiends would be a sollid unit which has good synergy with the other two. Sprinkled with a Flying DP, a Heldrake, a Soulgrinder and maybe a Maulerfiend, you'd have a great army. Example:
CSM
260 DP, Armour, Wings, Mace, MoS
135 Sorc, ML3, Bike, Forceaxe, Meltabombs
160 10 CSM, AC, Melta
160 10 CSM, AC, Melta
180 5 Spawn, MoN
170 Heldrake
Daemons:
130 HoS, Steed, LR, ER, IoB
105 3 Fiends
162 18 Daemonettes
120 10 Seekers of Slaanesh
165 Soulgrinder, MoK, Phlegm
1747 points
This would qualify as a friendly TAC list I'd say... (Although it has a Chicken, which might be considered unfriendly... You could switch it for a Maulerfiend and more Seekers if the HD is not friendly enough.)
Good luck and keep us posted.

Doesn't follow my fluff at all lol. I play beer and pretzels warhammer. Thank you so much for putting so much into your post to help, but let me be more specific. I run straight Emperors Children fluff list. I need the Slaaneshi Lord so I can take my usual NM. Since the Lord on Steed can't join anything does of you have any other good suggestions what to do with a Slaanesh Lord? MoS Spawn just seem like a waste and the only reason I though spawn in the first place was because MoN spawn looked good on paper ( was just going to call them pain addicted spawn )
Anyway thanks for any help
BTW: Been playing since third... despise the new 4.5 chaos codex... whole themed lists... down the toiled or had to be heavily modded. Thanks for that GW... another great opportunity blow.

MoS Bikers or raptors. They will be able to keep pace with the steed. Or you could go with MoS or plain spawn. Either way, they are annoying to kill.

Anything (other than Heldrakes obviously) from the Fast Attack codex works great in this role.
They can all move 12", so they can all keep up with the Lord.
Adding bikes, increases the toughness of the unit.
Adding raptors, well, adds raptors. Either one of these lets you add melta guns and stuff for the sergeant.
Adding spawn adds TONS of wounds. Giving them MoS lets them strike simultaneously as marines. I would not discount spawn out of hand. Proxy them in and try them. They just might surprise you.
