You can put a very simply list together by just throwing as many models at the table as you can and brute forcing your way through with a passable (maybe 35%) win:loss ratio, but as you learn the army and what it can do you can figure out some nice tricks that will push your win ratio higher as you experiment with the options available to you.

Necrons benefit from strong infantry and a big bag of tricks to improve them by.
