I love Ravenwing, like a lot of DA players, and I would love to be able to run a full Ravenwing army. I'm also not a big fan of using alternative models.

So, I was thinking -- the Space Marine and Chaos Space Marine bikes aren't all that similar... (proof in the spoiler)



... and it wouldn't take a lot of extra work to get the Chaos bits off the Chaos bike.

What I'm wondering now is whether the Ravenwing windshield will fit the Chaos bikes, as is, or if they'll need extra converting.

Have any of you done / seen someone using Chaos bikes for Ravenwing, using the Ravenwing upgrades?

Not sure exactly as I have no chaos bikers... but many ravenwing ones.
But it certainly looks as though it would go on... perhaps with minor filing and greenstuff work to make things fit flush.

On another note; omg! cant beleive that GW would have the bolters on that SM bike so wonkey for its advertising shot! .. thye bothered to drill the barrels.. whats with the positioning?

I was thinking the same thing. The 'Eavy Metal guys must be getting lazy.

Matney X, I am a big fan of having story behind my chaos. As such I have about 50 RavenWIng bikers from the new set and have made a story about how a whole army of ravens turned on their allies and joined my chaos force. So I messed up the icons a bit defaced the wings and added some spikes and chaos icons from chaos marauders and Bang chaos bikes.
