So I've been out of the loop for a while now, but getting kind of back to the hobby. I'm currently working on a DA rhino and wanted to equip it with a dozer blade. To my great surprise I found there was no such piece in the rhino kit, only for the razorback kit. Any ideas on what I could use as a replacement dozer blade?

Also quick question because I haven't bought the DA codex yet, dozer blades are still an option for DA rhinos right?

Yes, DA can take them. I haven't seen them taken very often, though. I guess if you play with a lot of area terrain it's not a bad investment to keep your transport moving for 5 points.

Where to find one?

1. ebay. search for "40k dozerblade"
2. Bitspodlo makes a good one if you like 3rd party bits linky

Ok thanks for the info. I make my models based on what I think looks the best, especially if it's small upgrades like that. I'll be buying the new dex soon anyway, see if it really is worth 5 points.

The one from the Imperial Guard Chimera kit fits on Rhinos too, if that helps.

I kit all my rhinos with the Forgeworld dozer blade. It's not cheap but it looks brutal and gives the tank a certain je ne sais quoi.
