Looks just like the standard FW Warhound. I doubt any release of this magnitude would have been kept secret for this long.

If this turns out to be a plastic Chaos Warhound, then I'll eat my hat.
And then buy three Warhounds.
I strongly suspect that it's just the FW version, and see no details to suggest otherwise. For example, if it was plastic then I would imagine that they'd make the gun barrel holes deeper, not like the shallow holes that FW models often have.

I have built and painted a Forge World Chaos Warhound titan recently. The images in that video look exactly like the one I built. Super Ready's link is incorrect, though. That's clearly this guy:

It's a teaser for Apocalypse. There's a huuuuuge thread for it in News and Rumors. There are no new titans, plastic or otherwise, being released. However, there is this giant Khornate superheavy (lovingly dubbed "The Skulldozer)" that you may or may not like.
