This should go in 40K army lists.

Indeed.

.. so off we go !

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all

Eldrad seems underwhelming in this list. I would switch him for a basic spiritseer. That moves the WG to troops and frees up enough points to buy them a WS.
This should substantially increase both your speed and shooting power without changing your army focus.

This, and changing the EML on the Serpents to Scatter Lasers, would be my only criticisms.

I think 2 x Scatter Lasers or 1 x Scatter + 1 Shuriken Cannon would work better on a Wraithlord but 2 x Brightlances can work.

I wouldn't rate foot slogging D-scythes. I would imagine a lot of armies can just move away from them too easily.

Laser Lock is great, don't get me wrong. But its best on something like a Serpent which is specialized in outputting just a metric ton of fire power. I still think that builds like 2 Bright Lances on Wraithlords, or Bright Lance + Pulse Laser Falcons are acceptable. Eldar have pretty easy access to multiple re-rolls to hit psychic powers, and bs4 all around, Scatter Lasers aren't needed on Every vehicle / MC. Obviously things like a Suncannon Wraithknight greatly benefit however.

As to the list itself, I totally agree that a scatter laser is needed on the Wave Serpent- to twin link the other s6 / 7 guns, that is by far the best build.

I also agree that a spirit seer would be excellent to get more scoring presence and save some point. Battle psychic powers are pretty excellent as well.

I would also try to fit some heavy weapons into your infantry squads. a Shuriken Cannon for the jetbikes, and a Bright Lance for the Guardians will give them a bit more duality, and increase your fire power. With saved points from Eldarad, I think another serpent, and maybe even a warlock for the guardians would be a good buy.

Xom finds this thread hilarious!
