Hey there. Is the Wave Serpent assigned as a transport for the Wraithguard or the Guardians? Also, who is Eldrad going to be trotting around with? A key to getting the best feedback possible is a short bit of unpacking your intentions for the list, so that people can get an idea of what your intentions are for each unit and if there are more efficient solutions. From what I see, you are planning on having Eldrad travel around with the Wraithguard in the Wave Serpent for pouncy flamer action. The Wraithlords provide fire support and babysits the guardians, while the Jetbikes zoom around doing what jetbikes do until objectives need to be secured or contested in the late game (if they are still alive by then).
The biggest issue that I see in the list is lack of synergy. Either both the guardians and the Wraithguard need to be transported or one of them is going to be inefficient. In such a small point value game, if you are going to invest into wraithguard as a shock troop that the opponent is forced to deal with, it's a good idea to run them in a full unit of 10. I understand that you want to fly them up and drop them for their amazing flamers, but with the list's lack of fire support to help the things that will ruin your wraithguard's day, they're looking to only get one round of shooting before they're wiped off the table. At this point value, I think the 4 brightlances are sufficient for anti tank at 1000 points, since they will be alive for a couple turns. I would trade out the EML on the serpent for a scatter laser in order to twin-link the chin cannon and the shield shots. I think Eldrad is too heavy of a point investment for what he would bring to a game of this size. You could save a lot of points by bringing a regular farseer.
Also, with most of the game types being objective based, having 1 squad of guardians without a weapons platform and a jetbike squad for the only other option for securing or contesting objectives, you're going to have a lot of trouble. To summarize what I think would be good ideas for this list:
1. Swap components for efficiency (fire dragons or storm guardians instead of Wraithguard, regular farseer instead of Eldrad)
2. Make the troops useful (a non-transported guardian squad isnt going to do much before it's shot off the table. Add a weapons platform, and try to add more troop choices. Not sure what you have available, but rather than potentially hiding them in reserves for as long as possible, try utilizing them. Either that, or if you still want to ignore the troops until late game, then take out the guardians and add a couple squads of cheap jetbikes so that you can invest more heavily into killy units).
3. Visualize the units on the table (Right now, the wave serpent is zooming ahead unsupported, the wraithlords are either trying to waddle and catch up or defend guardians that aren't contributing. Either mobilize more of your army or add shooting elements.)
