I've finally thought of a new subject! This concerns Specialist troops (Hacker, Engineer, Lt., FO, etc) that are a part of Linked Team.

With most of the new missions ITS or Paradiso, you need to have specialists to accomplish a mission. Now I know it's tempting to fill up a Link Team with those that can take Engineers, like Shasvastii Caliban or , but I don't think it's good to have more than one in a Link Team. Why? Simply because they have to stay within 8" of the Link leader. Particularly with the mission Emergency Transmission you have 6 objects you needs a specialist to sync with. If they are all in a Link then you can't go for more than a few at a time.

What are others thoughts?

I prefer 2 as a backup incase the one gets killed.

For some the engineer is not much of a price increase. So then I would do it if I had it. Otherwise I would have them separate from the link team to cover more ground. This is one of those things that must be determined by the mission and the board I think.
