Just wanted to get you guys opinion on my list.

HQ:

Necron Overlord w/ Sempiternal Weave, Res Orb, Phase Shifter

Troops

10 x Warriors

10 x Warriors

Elite:

C'tan Shard w/ Lord of Fire & Pyreshards

Heavy:

2 x Monoith

2 x Doom Scythe w/ Ace Flyer

1500 Points.

Is that 4 heavy support? Not allowed.

What are your plans with this list? I don't see it as being very competative.

First you have a FOC issue, you can't have 4 Heavy units. going to have to cut one out and I have no clue what Ace Flyer is.

Next, you have 2 troop units which is a bit low for 1500, and they aren't protected by anything. kill a hand full of warriors then giggle as they roam around your slow MC and Monos.

honestly im still fairly new to the game, i didnt realize i couldnt have 4 heavies.

Miniumm: 1 hq 2 troop
Maximum: 2 hq, 6 troop, 3 elites, 3 fast attack, 3 heavy support.

In battles 2000 or over, you can take double of both. So..

Minimum: 2 hq, 4 troop
Maximum: 4 hq 12 troop 6 elite 6 fast attack 6 heavy support.

But that's only on or over 2000 points.

And what the crap is ace fligher???

Flying Ace is a Death from the Skies special rule that gives the flying models a special ability. Think of it as a D3 Warlord Trait chart specific to a single flying model/squadron and that's unique to each army. A nice trait that could be rolled for Necrons is that it can give the flyer the ability so all RP rolls within 12" of the flyer are at a 4+ instead of 5+ (however, I'll have to re-read the FAQ to see if it stacks with a ResOrb or not since it explicitly says 4+ and not +1 to roll).
