Hey Dakka, I'm almost finished my Eldar army and when I do, I'll be looking to start a new project. I'm thinking about Blood Angels. Here's a 1500pt list I've been thinking about, C&C would be helpful.

1. Commander Dante – 225pts.

2. Sanguinary Guard – 250pts.
w/ 5 x Members, 2 x Glaive Encarmine(Axe), 3 x Glaive Encarmine (Sword), 2 x Infernus Pistols, Chapter Banner.

3. Sanguinary Priest – 75pts.
w/ Jump Pack.

4. Furioso Dreadnought – 175pts.
w/ Furioso Librarian, Fear of the Darkness, Wings of Sanguinius.

•Drop Pod – 35pts.

5. Assault Squad – 115pts.
w/ Plasma Gun (No Jump Packs).

• Razorback – 61pts.
w/ TL – Assault Cannon, Dozer Blade, Searchlight.

6. Assault Squad – 115pts.
w/ Plasma Gun (No Jump Packs).

• Razorback – 61pts.
w/ TL – Assault Cannon, Dozer Blade, Searchlight.

7. Assault Squad – 115pts.
w/ Plasma Gun (No Jump Packs).

• Razorback – 61pts.

I actually think it's a fair list, depends on how competitive you plan on being, but should be fun to play and isn't a bad list.

Wings may not be the best power for the dread, as he should land fairly close to the enemy, but not sure if there's something else more worthwhile for him.

Well, my local scene is relatively casual with some competitive players.

I was considering Shield of Sanguinius for the added resiliency, but decided that should the Dread survive, he'd need Wings to be able to get into assault quickly.

I think for BA, las/plas razors are much better than TL AC razors.

I prefer attack bikes to speeders.

I like the look of the list, although I would recommend getting some sort of anti-armor in there, either las on the razorbacks or multimeltas on the speeders?

The problem I have with Las/Plas is that the Razorbacks will mainly be hunting down light transports and infantry and I'd prefer the 4 S6 shots at 24" rather than the 1 S9 and the 1 S7 at 24".

Again, perhaps because my history with Eldar I'm used to playing skimmers Besides, the Speeder gives me double the firepower of an Attack Bike. I suppose it's a trade-off between resiliency and fire power.

My main source of anti-armour is in fact Dante and the Sanguinary Guard - there's a total of 3 Infernus Pistols in that unit and with their immunity to scatter that should be enough, considering that heavy vehicles are quite a bit rarer in 6th.
