I wouldnt take epidemius, his chart got nerfed to the ground, I'd rather take herald of khorne with jugger to go with flesh hounds.

But the herald cant scout. And while Epidemius did get nerfed it is 15 points above what you'd pay for a herald on a palanquin with the lesser locus for his albeit weakened tally

I personally would take more flying mc.

The herald can scout as long as he's with the dogs.

The jugger lord that joins the dogs gains scout, it's a two way conferable power. Example: Put Karnak into a unit of Bloodcrushers, he confers it to all of them. Put a Herald on juggy in a unit of dogs and they confer it to him.

I thought characters passed usr to units but not vice versa? Sweet

Here Here. I rarely leave home without a Khorne herald on Juggy with 2 lesser rewards (2 axes). If no Herald of Khorne or no Skulltaker - there really isn't a reason to take fleshhounds -they really are more of a delivery method than an effective unit themselves.

I've found them to be very effective on their own, skulltaker on a jugger sounds pretty strong all the same. Where do you all stand on fateweaver and the skull cannon?

Just saying, that's illegal, you can only replace 1 lesser reward per character with a magic item. Same for Greater and Exalted rewards (but with greater magic weapons and hellforged artefacts respectively)

I agree with everyone else, remove Epi and find the points for a Khorne Jugger Herald
