Okay so me and a friend are rocking up to a doubles tournament in a few weeks, any advice on the list would be awesome!

Here it is:

Eldar:

Farseer/ singing spear
Dire avengers X5
Wave serpent with scatter laser, shuriken canon and holofields

Rangers X5

Fire dragons X5
Wave serpent with scatter laser, shuriken canon

Warp spiders X10

Blood angels:

Librarian with jump pack and force axe
Sanguinary guard X5 with 2 power fists

Assault squad X5 with power fist and meltagun

Storm raven with twin assault canon, blood strike missiles and typhoon missile launcher


Also on a side note, what's the situation with farseers casting from wave serpents?

no you can't cast from inside...secondly 1500 total?

does it have to be 750 split or just 1500 total?

if its 1500 total...have the BA player bring some heavy tanks/ large blasts of doom that can take out av 14. you bring warp spiders, rangers (1 squad), solitarch, and like 3 squads of Jetbikes. have him bring some assault marines, or something with jump packs that can pretend to keep up with the warp spiders.

Yeah it's 1,500 total, doesn't matter how it's split but ones gotta be primary detach n the other allied.

He could quite easily bring a vindi but I was worried that it would'nt fit in with the mobile theme and the storm raven would bring anti flyer.

Autarchs are great. I forget what its called, but possibly the av 14 big heavy weapon (Las Cannon i think) on the Predator (?) is what i would recommend. you need that for some anti av 14. TBH the best thing maybe to do would bring assault termies in a Land Raider, and do BL/BL Walkers, with 2x10 Warp Spiders and Guardian Jetbikes, then autarch with mantle. 1 squad of 10 full marines with heavy weapons for backfield objectives...don't know the point cost on that but probably put you around the 1500 mark.

Or you know, the BA could bring.... melta.

oh yeah that too...point is bring Anti AV 14 (either from BA or Eldar), and possibly assault from BA, and fill in the eldar with mobile scoring, and either all the str 6/7 shooting you can fit.

Take the Assault cannon on the raven. Mathhammer shows it to be more efficient at popping AV14. That and it also can help thin down hordes or Elite units.
