Speed and heavy hitting in this one.

Warlock Council x8 jetbkes, 4x singing spears 420pts

10x Guardians, shuriken cannon. 105pts
in wave Serpent TL scatter laser, holo fields, spirit stones 145pts

What do you guys think? the army is based around the uber killy seer council backed up by ulthwe's crack troops the guaudians in wave serpents who provide a form of AA defence as well as fast mobility to keep up with the council and lastly the fire prism has been spammed as they just work in any senario that involves shooting at ridiculous range.

at 1850pts i might put in a crimson huntner exarch with star cannons and upgrade the guardians to dire avengers and put remaining points into more warlocks on jet jikes if i can.

like the list. funny because just ten minutes ago i was thinking about doing the same thing

why? have you read infantry disembarking rules when tranport has been stunned or shocked, also i can only ever shoot 2 weapons at full BS, in a larger game i probally would pay for the snap shots from the cannon but imho when its the choice between them spirit stones are a far greater choice for survival as the serpent shield will be used 90% offencivly.

also to the guy who dosnt rate fire prisms, yes they work full stop. Strength 9 AP1 lance with doom and/or guide = boom! maybe a larger points i would bring 3! ~Cheap & effective ~

How many turns does it take to take out 4hp on av 14? you might get lucky on the 1st turn true...or you might not...its up to what you want to risk...just don't cry when you see a land raider or two and get steam rolled...it won't be because the codex sucks, it'll be because you didn't pack the right tools

i just read your blog, and i can see that we both use eldar very differently, at 1500 pts when you see AV14 its ussually only one and then even two is not a problem for most players who have mobility on the side, with focus fire 1 turn is all that is needed to wreck/dstroy at least 1 landraider/monolith per turn

in the list is 2 of the affore mentioned prism cannons + 4 Singing spears, now with out the farseers it would br tricky but i'm going to make sure they survive, so maybe all such weapons will be twin linked with good model managment, with a tiny bit of luck i can have doom, and a couple of increase strength mods to the warlocks. i fear not land raiders, nor thier occupants as the seer council will make short work of them.

but i challenge you to use the 300 points that the fire prisms cost and make a new addition to my army that will be in keeping with the rest of the army, and i seriously dought that you can get as much bang for your buck

Wraithknight...harder to kill, about equal tank killing and can be a beat stick...also jump MC so can keep up with the army. Keep standard heavy wraithcannons load out. just stay in cover and it takes like 20 or so rockets to kill him potentially. then with the extra 60 points add some guardian jetbikes...drop spirit stones on the serpents and then drop 1 warlock for another jetbike squad of 3 just for last turn objectives...keep both squads in reserve.

try out your list then try out that modification...see which one works better for you and your play style. Pretty much the only list i fear with mine is a duo WK seer council list...that would hurt.

You may want to consider 5 man DA squads in you Waveserpents - I agree with the Shuri cannon - there are times you may not fire the sheild AND if you only move 6" or less FAST SKIMMERS can FIRE ALL WEAPONS. there are many times I have used all 3 and having them TL is awesomesauce....
With the saved points you could take more Windrider jetbikes for more troops which you really lack. I do like fire prisms - with S9 and lance they are deadly, but I agree with Qballony I have seen the Wraithknight with Double Ds do great and they are a beatstick and if you keep them away from instant death stuff or forceweapons they are great in CC. However for your build vehicles are probably better as you want speed, however wraithknights can go 12"

any argument about what to take is alway solved by the mention of a wraithknight lol this guys a beast no question about it, but the amnount of flack i'd get for bringing it and the seer council could be enough the bring down the entire luftwaffer in one volley lmao

havnt got around the purchasing one yet, would be nice if i could proxy my revenant for it as i think the wraithknight out performs it by far (240 pts T8 W6 vs 800pts AV12 3Structure points) and this army is a way to get away from the wraith oriented lists as i've been fielding them for over a year now, yesterday i had 10 WG w WC's with 2+ re-roll with 4+ FnP from a wraithseer was awesome only down side is that i as up against the necron bakery and we fininshed on a draw. My new Style will be all about speed and reducing the greatest warrior's the galaxy can find to little more than children before the hardened leather strap of the eldar.

Looked like he had 4 Warlocks with Singing Spears. S9 when thrown, may handle that pesky LR.
