A new armylist that im working on building and painting for december this year to take to a local torney, comments and crits are welcome please as i have had no experience using the new CSM codex. I am using typhus simply because he is a beautiful model that ive spent many long hours with an airbrush on and id hate to see him sitting on a shelf instead out there spreading papa nurgles feculent blessings!

I'm far from the most experienced, but I'll give it my 2c.
-Unless you're anticipating LOTS of 'Rines at the tourney, you won't benefit from VoTLW on the PM. In my experience the points are better spent elsewhere, as I can never guarantee the PM even end up in CC. I've had a number of games where they steal an objective and camp without touching CC once.
-Terminators def want MoN, good call. Interesting weapon choices to make them a smashy unit too, I may steal that. You planning on deep striking them? If so, something to shoot is probably worthwhile as they twiddle their thumbs when they arrive. If they're footslogging up the table, again that's a couple of turns without them being very useful sans dakka.
-Bikes definitely want meltas, but do you also need 2/3 PM squads with melta? Lowers their effective threat reach, and they aren't nearly as good as the bikes for getting where the armour is. If you do ditch VoTLW (again you know more about the tourney meta than I do) I'd suggest converting one more PM set to plasma.

Last thought, how d'you plan on getting Typhus into Melee? I assume your Lord is going with the bikes, but don't see a clear "in" for typhus asides from DSing with the termies. Typhus didn't even make it into melee until turn 5 last time I tried that, due to scatter. Not saying your luck will be as bad, and with the small squad of termies you shouldn't have to worry overly much about a messy landing. But something to look at.

Swap the bikes out for spawns so it can give jugger lord 3x the wounds.

* Save yourself some points and take off VoTLW and the power fist off the plague marines. Just stick melta-bombs on there, that's just as good.

* IMHO CSM terminators should be ran in one of two ways -- cheep cheep cheep, or as suicide meltas. I perfer the former to the latter, but both are valid. Your fit into neither category.

Lose typhus. Without zombies he's not very good. Run a dp instead. Also, squeeze a second drake in there! At this points level it's crazy not running two

Nice looking list but a few suggestions, somewhat inline with what has been suggested above.

Loose Typhus, get another helldrake.
Loose the bikes, replace with Spawn as advised to accompany Juggalord.
Loose GOM on Lord, pointless, very rare to roll anything useful.
Loose the powerfists and replace with melta bombs as mentioned on the Plagues.
loose VoTLW also.
Put some more bodies in your autocannon havocs unit to prevent morale failure or loosing your cannons.
Try to squeeze in another unit if you can afford it to increase output or look at an Aegis/Quad gun.

Otherwise I'd put either Combi Plasma or Melta on the Terminators to give them more roles. A pure CC unit needs mobility really to get into combat so maybe reduce the amount of fists/claws.
I'd also try to fit more melta in your Bike squad if you choose to keep them over the Spawn.
