I would trade one of those plasmas either for a sniper rifle for real range that first round or for a flamer for defense against any assaults otherwise I like it as that is what my guard setup looks very similar to. Also Forward Sentries could be a little redundant, seeing as Harker already gives them everything except camo cloaks and mines which unless its heavily terrain won't matter much. Give that extra thirty points somewhere else where you get a little moree out of it.
