Open to feedback as this is likely to be my official list for an upcoming tournament. Questioning the HL on the Rhinos and the SoC on the sorcerer in place of ML3.

I would drop the GoM. U have a good amount of S7 Multi shot guns, but you have to rely on oblits for S9 armor penetration. Spend the points to give your champs meltabombs although I think a power fist are worth it on plague champions.

I would split one of the oblit groups 2 two groups of one make your opponent choose one to shoot. And the psychic ml 3 is probably the way to go. If possible reserve your cultists and hope they come in late running to objectives on your side

I don't see the point in spending the pts on the SoC on a t4 lord without eternal warrior.

Also I'm probably wrong but can you use 2 SoC's in an army? Or is that only the weapons? I don't have my dex to hand.

What are you planning to do with the sorcerer? I love putting him in Terminator Armour and sticking him with an Oblitz unit =)

Well the Lord is not t4. He is t6 with MoN and bike.

I'll check on the number of SoC.

As for the sorcerer I really don't know what to do with him. Maybe run him with a group of plagues? I suppose I could try him in an oblit group.

SoC can be used as needed, no restrictions. Only limits are on the artefact weapons. Keep it on the lord, totally worth the extra survivability especially if you're running him as Warlord.
I've had success with a sorc running telepathy for buffs & it basically single-handedly won my buddy his last match (DA vs Necron, he wasn't prepared for anti-armour but the necron was ). ML 3 can be fantastic, but remember the more you use powers, the more you roll for perils. Even with the familiar, after enough rolls you're statistically bound to fail one eventually. That being said, nabbing a biomancy power on top of telepathy could do excellent things, like buffing your bikers to the limits their mortal frames can withstand. And your bikes have the mobility to get into threat range while still being within buff reach of the sorc. Plus, some of the witchfire powers (while not always fantastic) can turn matches if used properly/you get lucky.

One question, I thought that you couldn't take a SoC when you also take a chaos bike?

No, you can't take Termie armor and a bike. Bikes can be good but you should get chaos spawn with the MoN for your lord to run with instead people tend to find them better as do I. If you do it would also give you enough points for ML3 AND you could drop SoC and get Termie armor. Can you replace a termie armor invul save for a SoC invul?
