You'll need a land raider so that abbadon doesn't have to walk with his chosen or get some terminators so that he can deep strike. I'd also suggest rhinos for the remaining chosen (especially if they are equipped for CC)
Hell drake cause those things are beasts....or get some cultists cheesy cannon fodder hordes haha. But in all seriousness I would go with some rhinos or landraiders. Maybe some just normal troops doesn't have to be chosen.
If you're looking to be as competitive as possible, buy a couple of hell drakes next. The rest doesn't matter quite so much as the compulsory hell drakes.
Beyond that it's personal preference mostly...he chaos codex has good to great internal balance so you can't truly go wrong.
