Working on building an Inquisition army at the 2500 point (Single FOC) level and I'm looking for thoughts/criticism/potential improvements.

This is an army in progress so I don't have everything listed (yet), which means there is a lot of room for change.

HQ

Inquisitor Coteaz
Ordo Xenos Inquisitor (Psychotroke, PA, Boltpistol, Chainsword)
- Inquisitorial Henchmen Warband (7 x acolytes w/ bolter+chainsword, 2 jokaero, 2 servitors w/ HB, chimera)

Troops

3 x Formosan Inquisitorial Henchmen Warbands (10 x acolytes w/ bolter+chainsword, 2x jokaero, chimera)

2 x GKSS (Justicar w/ halberd, 2 x sword, 1 x halberd, 1 x daemonhammer, Razorback w/ psybolt/TL HB)

1 x GK Terminator Squad (Justicar w/ halberd, brotherhood banner, 1 halberd, 2 sword, psycannon)

Elites

Vindicare
2 x Ven. Dreadnoughts (Psybolt, Searchlight, 2 x TL Autocannon)

Heavy

2 x Nemesis Dreadknights (Teleporter, Doomfist/Greatsword, Incinerator)

That seems like a seriously low model count for that many points - I know GK are a low model force anyway, though I can't help but think you're going to get really squished as at that points level other armies are going to be able to bring their biggest guns, and so many more bodies than you have.

I don't know the GK codex so no idea how I'd attempt to improve it, though just my 10 pence

Venerable dread's are just not worth the point's premium. I'd whack one as a standard heavy one, and either replace a dreadknight, or just have 1.

One thing that popped out at me is the 7 troops. Coteaz makes all henchmen warbands troop choices, so taking up slots.

Auuugh, yes. Did not pay attention to the ALL henchmen warbands troops choice. I could make the GKSS one squad of 10. That would solve that issue.

Thank you for the input everyone. I'll have to think this through some more.

Alright. Reworked and building from 500 points up to 2500 points (at 500 point increments), still going with a single FOC and the Inquisitorial-ish theme.

Why take teams of jakiro with bolter acolytes? they do not shoot at same target.

I would make a team of jakiro + plasma/meltagun henchmen for AT and other teams of plasma/flamer + bolter henchmen
Furthermore if you want to use the LC with Jakiro then you cant move :(

For the GKSS take them by 10 with psy amo, that is really good investment.

For the Razorback, have you seen how expensive yours are? i would take the HB + psy amo instead (or max the assault canon + psy amo)

For paladins i think it is 2 psycanon for each 5 models, you have 4 (but i might be wrong).

This statement leaves me confused. Why do you say "they not shoot at the same target"?
The point of the Jokaero is mainly to provide the bonus(es) to the acolytes and to provide some AT or Heavy Flamer templates when needed.

If I'm firing the LC as Jokearo, I'm likely not moving anyway. The Acolytes at least provide some ablative wounds for them as well (at little cost)

At higher points I have combined them. I took them in two squads of 5 at lower points to get the additional Razorback + psycannon

For the Razorback, have you seen how expensive yours are? i would take the HB + psy amo instead (or max the assault canon + psy amo)

I have seen how expensive they are and for only 30 points higher than HB + psy however, with much more reliable anti tank (LC) PLUS a TL plasma there is not a whole lot more I feel I can add to the list (once I go down to one GKSS there' s only one razorback .. 30/35 points isn't going to be a huge boon I don't think). AC + psybolt is even more expensive too.

For paladins i think it is 2 psycanon for each 5 models, you have 4 (but i might be wrong).

You are correct. I just re-checked that and it's 2 for each 5.

* Added : My opponents consist of : Orks (lots of boys and 'ard boys, no trukks, some mech, no flyers), Necrons (c'tan, monolith(s), destroyers, 1-2 flyers and scarabs), Marines (decent amount of mechanized, no flyers), Tau (no riptides, a couple hammerheads, some broadsides and stealth, pathfinders, kroot, no flyers)

I would recommend changing all the chimeras from double HF to HF and HB/ML.
If the tank moves you can only fire one weapon and snap shot the rest, so only one flamer can fire unless you don't move.
A HB/ML gives you something to shoot at mid range, and can snap shot if you do flame something.
