Hey everyone,
So this is my first attempt at a stealth suit paint job with camo going off so I thought I would post how the project went and ask for some tips on how to improve it later if I need to.
I am not sure if this should be in tutorial because it will be step by step but its not the best product but opinions and comments would be much appreciated on how to improve

So I will go through the steps with all the pictures.

STEP 1: Prime in black with the base in a small rock

STEP 2: Paint the edges of where I want the electric camo to be deactivating in Lothern Blue (I apologize for this image quality)

STEP 3: Drybrush the black armor with Citadel Dawnstone

STEP 4: Paint the decamoed area with a layer or two of Averland Sunset

STEP 5: Highlight edges with a thin layer of Ushabti Bone and drybrush the gun barrel with Ironbreaker

STEP 6: Add a wash of Seraphim Sepia over the uncover armored areas and drybrush Skrag Brown onto base

Step 7: Go over the areas of Lothern Blue with a single line in the center in White Scar and glue on some static grass onto the base

NOW the Finished Product!!

Comments and criticism is much appreciated thanks

well the base was supposed to be just gray and black rocks but changed my mind.

The yellow is for the armour because this battle suit is black and grey camo but its being turned off and the areas of yellow are the decamouflaged areas.

he is blending into the brick wall though

I was thinking about highlighting the Grey on there but then I thought the dry brush would make it look more rough but I actually might go into a bit heavier of a dry brush so it's more noticeable.

I also agree that it is impractical because I'm not always going to be beside rocks or bricks but I just really liked this sorta paint job.
