Im getting increasingly agitated that GW is taking so long to FAQ the new Tau codex. When the new dex for Chaos/CSM came out it took about a month for a fairly decent FAQ update. There are definitely questions that need to be answered and I have sent in at least 6 or 7 myself. There HAS to be other people out there asking these questions. Anyone else feel similarly or disagree entirely?

Daemons still hasn't had a full FAQ yet. I'll be sad if they update tau before they update daemons :(

Yeah, I'm not really sure what in the Tau book really needs to be FAQ'd, meanwhile im still waiting for GW to un-screw my 3 Burning Chariots >.<

The last FAQ GW released was for Dark Angels. The daemons 'FAQ' was nothing more than correcting a few typos and completely neglecting to answer any real questions. Daemons was released in February right? And considering there are some blaring issues with the Daemons codex, a few allies-related questions for Tau, and a bunch of WTF? questions about eldar I've seen being asked... I sincerely doubt GW will release any sort of FAQ until the new Space Marine codex is released, because that is probably their only concern atm; to make their bread-winners the game-winners.

Daemons were in March. However, if you check their website, almost every FAQ was done on the 13th of a month. We can only hope they're coming in a few days!

What else needs to be cleared up for tau? All i can think of is brb rules in relation to tau, such as infiltrating hq with noninfiltrate unit since an unbelievable number of people dont think its legal.

You mean because as its written right now its not legal and you want it the other way right? When you see what you can do with eldar and that combo you will wish it had stayed illegal

I agree the tau and eldar have a few gaps that need sorting...

If anyone is wondering "what is unclear in the tau codex", ATT has a few questions lined up, some of them are quite obvious and only require confermation, but a few lead to REALLY awkward situations.
