Well done. Im ine the process of making my "Fenris" space wolves ice world board. This definitly helps with ideas.

this doesn't strike me as a rocky hill so much as it does a collapsing and abandoned terrace. I'd reccomend adding a couple more shades of paint to give this more tone and more life, and then some wood chips painted up as rocks. This has a bit of a dead look to it, so the grass also looks weird being as bright as it is.

I'm very fond of the way you cracked the hills up to be modular though.
