This is a very generally ballpark based on ebaying wargaming minis. But, some miniature ranges go for more or less on Ebay for whatever reason. Heavy Gear Blitz, for example, tends to go for 70-80% of full retail regardless of condition (which is absurd - just buy from a discounter and get new in box for the same price).
I got the original big starter set as new only used a handful of times, I have painted 1 unit of Germans. Depends on the paint job. If it is pretty darn good, you could sell it for something above 50% retail value. If it is not so good, it'll probably drag down a big group auction of otherwise lightly used/unused items.
Red devils (unused in box) - Worth close to full retail - Ebay may net you ~50% retail value
Axis heavy walker (unused in box) - Worth close to full retail - Ebay may net you ~50% retail value
Axis Zombies (unused but no box) Worth less than full retail, sadly. With no paint and no assembly on your part, it is implicitly worth more than used minis typically are because you have had little ability to 'spoil' them.
Dust warfare book (only read a couple of times) - I've noticed that rulebooks don't go for very close to full retail unless they are new. If you put all of the products together in a group auction, the rulebook will help to sell it, but won't add much value otherwise
When I am buying used minis on Ebay that are all normally available via online retailers, I am usually looking for a bargain. If an online retailer sells at 20% off, it isn't a bargain on Ebay unless you can get more than 20% off, especially if the item is used. So in general I think you are dealing with ~50% retail value as a reasonable buy it now price for the above. However, I am not hip to selling or buying Dust miniatures on Ebay, so you really need to investigate the specific market. Your rating is going to play a factor as well when it comes to used miniatures.
I generally find selling miniatures on Ebay to be unsatisfying. Some people love it, and based their hobby on it, buying stuff, using it, flipping it on Ebay to buy new stuff. I don't like that. Personally, I find that you get more out of unwanted miniatures by selling or trading to friends or members of the local gaming scene.
You may not get as much in terms of dollar value, but it can be a positive experience that builds relationships in the community.
