I would combine your bikes into one larger troop squad. A squad of three gains little from the painboy and is still fairly easy to take down.

Who is manning your quad gun? You are either all on bikes or in battlewagons, so I don't see a point in taking a static element. Unless you plan on putting your overlord on the gun, but that is a lot of work to protect a single model. If you want to do that, put the lord in a big 20 man warrior squad with a res orb behind the line to use the gun and score in the backfield. Otherwise, grab more mobility.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

Necrons are on the QG. I can't wrap the nob bikers into a larger squad without sacrificing other portions of the list. Did you see that the warboss is on a bike too? That seems like a hard hitting unit to me. If you did see it... What do you think I should cut?
Thanks,
DrG

while I have no specific problem with the necron attachment, you're missing the best part of necrons and orks night fight! Protect those orks first turn and get some free str 8 shooting with he stormlord. Andnight fight works great for the forcefield. Hard counter tau, but what can you do. Now you have tons of mobility for the orks, do you really need the necrons moving, I'm assuming they are manning the defense platform, you should have a doom scythe, not night scythe.

Now the orks, that's a great list if its focus as orks and you can max out units but with the allies it's loosing too much. Any opponent worth his salt won't let that burna squad within 12 inches of their lines. 3 man biker nobz? maybe at twice that size. Ard boyz? Again why? 90% likely a total waste of points, almost another squad.

I've done a similar army to this, it was very survivable but, boring. Didn't kill much either. Of course mine was more focused on foot orks for more number and survivability. Certain armies will punch through this like cheese cloth.

Suggestions:

Drop the warboss for swap for mega armor
Trade the burnas for lootas if on foot put the warboss in front to soak shots, or split the burnas between the BW.
Add stormlord, works superbly with big mek kff, and if you can't beat them join em'
add more necron warriors
swap night for doom scythe

@rigidtwig: I'd like to take ItSL but his lightning will hit "non friendly units" (ie not Allies of Convenience - which the orks are I think). He'd be the bomb if that wasnt the case. I can switch the 'ard boyz easy enough to free up points. Friggin Lootas suck. Their LOS sucks when I'm rushing forward with wagons. The burnas will be in a wagon. The last game I wiped a tau suit command squad and got StW before they even stepped out of the wagon. I like the doom scythe idea and will check the stats and points.

Thanks!!!!!

Feel free to double check my imotekh idea, but I think he'd kill my boyz.

Well, usually necrons are brought to glance a vehicle to death, like landraiders which orks have a hard time dealing with. 5 warriors won't cut it. I still would like to see more or maybe a harbinger with the staff of glancing (not sure what it's called)
