Finally got round to painting the Space Marine Praetors from Forgeworld.



These were a dream to paint. Nice details coupled with nice flat areas and space for transfers etc. I'm not a fan of the official Legion colours so I've kind of gone with my own here. Basically a wash of Devlan Mud, dry brushed with white. The detail was then picked out in two grades of gold. Finally, sponged on scratches and weathering. Enjoy?

Nice color combo, excellent weathering from the looks of it on the armor, and the bases are very nice, they work well with the color scheme of the models. Black swords do very nicely with these two.

Man i love these models, I might have to get one even though I already have Loken, Abaddon and a Horus stand in. Paints looking great, very crisp white and a lovely gold.
