I've heard vague tales of using PVC pipe and the like, but my google is fail. The official model is way out of stock, so I need to get creative. What are some hellcannons you've seen that are awesome conversions, or even scratch-built? I've never built anything from scratch before, so I'm a little wary of going that route, but hey.

I personally made myself a hell cannon using a forgefiend with the mauler ones hands and the plasma head. Looks like something that can shoot flaming death and then escape its bounds and try to eat your face off. Some of the little conversion things I did was to cover most of the wiring on its neck with greenstuff to make it look fleshy resulting in what looks like some kind of beast with armor and weapons grafted onto its flesh.
