My box of Briscards came with two sniper rifles and one of the heads was slightly miscast. I'd like to get the parts for the assault pistol model that were not included (since there was a 2nd sniper rifle in place of it). I'd also like to get a replacement head for the one that is miscast as the face is affected and I don't think I'll be able to fix it to the point where it looks good.

Does anyone have experience with getting replacement/corrected parts for Infinity models?

Not really had much experience, but that is one heck of a lucky mispack.

Send a email the CB at contactus@corvusbelli.com, with as much detail of the missing part as possible. You might have to what a week or so before they get back to you because of Gencon, it cased a slow down last year.

Well, would you ever want two sniper rifle Briscards? If so I might just not worry about it. Right now I'd prefer to have the variety of models that the other parts would grant, though. I still don't know much about the game, so maybe I'm just ignorant of how lucky I am?

It might just be nice to have an extra sniper rifle to use in conversions somewhere else?

I would love to field two Sniper Rifle Briscards actually.

The "Assault Pistol" model that you are missing was basically just added in so that they did not include 3 Marksman Rifle toting models (in my opinion, of course) in the boxed set.
Every Briscard profile with the exception of the Sniper Rifle profile has an Assault Pistol, with the sniper and rocket launchers not having the Marksman Rifle as part of their profiles.

There are little paper tags in the boxes/blisters for this purpose.

I've had a box of haramaki shipped without heads.
(Ok, it came with an extra set of arms (sword/empty) but no heads was a kicker.

I just sent off an email with the codes, explained the issue and included my postal address. Got the parts two weeks later (Spain to Oz in two weeks is GOOD postage speed) by regular mail.

I've had some figures with miscast heads (One of the fusiliers from the panO starter (helmet one) and the hacker I picked up also had a bad head (but I wasn't a fan of their actual heads anyway and those heads were an easy fix) and I replaced both anyway from my bits box.
