Hello sir! I am struggling to understand how I couldn't have commented on this fine blog before. The latest Guard stuff has been mint! I want a wrestling match between your Beast Bullgryn and my Feral Ladz That relic tank is already awesome.

Paintscheme. I think you can keep the white painted stuff as is but paint the following stuff in metals just fine. The shine of the white doesn't clash with the steel of the Rough Riders for example. It would also help determine different units- perfect timing for this 3rd platoon?

Have no fear Ragsta my dear, glad you're here now! Much appreciated. Would love to do an All Ogryn Wrestling Federation.

Love the color scheme and the bases for the feudal guard.

Cheers Mothsniper, I'd quite like to buy some leaf litter for the bases as well to sell the whole forest world thing.

gobert wrote:I love the white but the silver looks great too. I vote for using it to differentiate between units/platoons like Ragsta suggests

Cheers Gobert. Still in two minds about it. I don't think it would take me long to paint up the other two squads.

Cheers Paddy!

So my new method for painting has massively sped up my process which has been great.

Back 5 of the squad complete.

Cheers for now!

The mix of both auxilia and fantasy on these is seamless. Elements of both kits that results in something somehow better than both put together. A truly characterfull and inspiring army. Kudos!

Much obliged mate, really appreciate it!

So I've had some genuine progress, worked out a simple routine to get a lot painted at once which was great.

3rd squad of Aquila platoon ready to rumble.

Led by the brutal Sergeant Carrwick. Who is mean, tough and carries an "autogun" for infantry support.

Of the whole squad, these two are my favourites. Really nailed the look on them I feel.

Kasrkin and tanks up next. Need to find some bluetack I ordered ages ago to spray up the tanks!

Cheers for now.

Very lovely work again. Carrwick looks like a beast. From what set is his head? Looks nice and I could use it if I can scrounge it from a bitsshop

All look very good- I particularly like your plasma effects.
