My buddy seems to think vanguard vets using heroic intervention can not be overwatched. I don't think he is correct. I think that was from the supposed leaked 6th ed rules. Can anyone confirm or deny, Does heroic intervention stop overwatch?

When something sounds questionable, ask to see it in the rules.
Heroic Intervention has no such rule or ability. It ONLY lets you assault after deep striking and arriving from reserves. Nothing more.
