Hopefully a quick and simple question.

If I take a quadgun or lascannon with my ADL, can one of my units use it during overwatch? Or does the model have to use their normal shooting weapon (if they have one)?

pretty sure you can fire what ever weapon you are allowed to fire as long as it is not a blast weapon. I don't have the book handy though.

You can fire any weapon. Amusingly enough, the following can happen:

- You're on an ADL with Quad
- A unit deepstrikes near you.
- You intercept them with the Quad-gun during the enemy movement phase.
- Another enemy unit assaults you.
- You overwatch with the quad-gun during the enemy assault phase.

This is because the interceptor rule just prevents shooting in the next turn, not the current one.
