So I need to expand my Menoth force which still remains rather small. I am not exactly sure what to add next just wanted to get some feedback from the Dakka community.

Here is what I currently own.

pKreoss

Magnetized Crusader/Templar/Vanquisher
Magnetized Crusader
Repenter
Revenger

Full TFG + UA
Full Cinerators
Full Choir

Gorman
Wracks
Vassal of Menoth

I know adding a caster would be a good idea. I would prefer to add something though that flows with the units I currently own.

I am open to pretty much any suggestions so throw em at me and help me make some choices!

You've definitely gotten off to a good start there.

For casters, there are a lot of good options for you to go for at the moment. pFeora or Reznik if you want to do a bit of down and dirty bashing, eFeora and a Redeemer if you just want to set the world on fire, or perhaps pSeverious, just because he makes everything better (he's our most flexible caster I think, he just wants an Arc node). If you're wanting something a little more off the beaten track, you could try The High Reclaimer or Vindictus. The high reclaimer is basically a walking cloud wall, Vindictus is an infantry centric caster who makes Cinerators a pretty decent choice. I'd stay away from Testament, eSev or Amon until you have a few more games under your belt, as they're more complicated to play. Also, there's the harbinger, a great great caster, but a hell of a model to put together

For general options... A Reckoner/Castigator/Sanctifier kit will give you some more heavy options. A Redeemer is a great light for pKreoss, pSev or eFeora. For a unit, I'd probably go for some Zealots (with monolith bearer) as your next unit, or Daughters of the Flame. Zealots give you another big unit who are completely caster independent, and who can do a fair bit of damage with their bombs, while daughters are a great fast strike option, and are great at tying up opponents and then striking into their support models.

You can't go wrong with any of that really. But first, choose a caster you like the look/sound of, and let us know

I am really into pKreoss to be quite honest. I love the model and I like his spell list. pSevvy was the other caster I looked at initially but I figured learn the faction with pKreoss and I have really grown to like him.

That being said pKreoss and pSevvy I think would be my top two choices. Harbinger and Feora next as well as Thyra I think.

I like the idea of Daughters wasn't sure if I should drop the Cinerators for Bastions though. It seems to be common theme that Bastions are all around a better choice than Cinerators.

How are Knights Exemplar?
Exemplar Errants?
Sennies? Any of them.

All that being said I would say let's build around pKreoss and pSevvy

I know what you mean about pKreoss, he's kind of addictive to play pSevvy, good choice though. He's a wonderful generalist who can work with just about anything (as long as he has an Arc Node).

Now, as for Bastions vs Cinerators, yeah Bastions are usually considered better, if only because Cinerators rely on enemy attacks to get their speed buff (and the enemy might not oblige) and while they hit harder, the Bastions Reach and Blessed usually have more utility.

Knights exemplar are good, but they're a second line infantry due to their stats and low threat range. They mostly fill about the same roll as Bastions/Cinerators in that regard, cheaper and more of them but easier to kill. They are great tin can openers though, and great if you can keep one or two alive some how as they hit harder as more die (The Vessel of Judgement Battle-engine also works well for them, as it allows them to get a few more hits out as they die). If you're trying to be frugal at the moment, probably only grab either bastions or Knights Exemplar, because of the role overlap.

Exemplar Errants are one of the staples of Protectorate lists, and are brilliant. With their U/A they have a suite of abilities that make them a great toolbox. They can do a bit of everything, melee, skirmish and tarpit. They do have some overlap with the Temple Flame Guard however, the TFG tarpit better and are faster, but you generally don't need both in a list, as they compete for Defenders Ward. However, because they have quick work (charge and kill something, get a free crossbow shot) they do work very well with Kreoss' feat, and can often kill two models a piece on feat turn if they get the opportunity. I'd generally take them in a pKreoss list if I had the points, but if you wanted to expand the list a bit, I'd probably choose something a bit different as it would usually be them or the TFG rather than both. They should definitely be on your "to buy" list at some point however, as they are well worth it

The Senenschals all fill different rolls, and their value is very subjective.

The Errant Senechal is really only useful if you have errants in the list (which he grants Hunter to). He's nice, but he's not necessary, and it can be hard to find that two points which you're not spending on "essentials". If you face a lot of circle or other factions that use/generate cover and concealment however, he's really nice to have.

The Knight Exemplar Senny has a lowish threat range, but he's great for two things - holding objectives (because he simply cannot die until after a turn is over ) and beating up jacks. You mostly see him in eKreoss lists, but he can pop up anywhere. The only thing is that he's competing with Nicia for his 3 points, and she's dead sexy though she's more of an infantry killer of course.

Bastion senny is... too new, I don't know much about him, but I'd speculate you could take him with Bastions and a Marshalled Repenter, and he'd be decent enough.

So anyway, in terms of Jacks I'd still recommend a Rekoner kit and a Redeemer. Units wise, Daughters would probably be a nice complement to what you have, but anything mentioned so far is pretty good to get. Also, Zealots might be a good idea, because (as I mentioned) they need no caster support, so they make a great second tarpit in larger games or for casters who don't support infantry much, and both Kreoss and Sev can make good use of them in a 50pt force when you get up to it.

Edit: Crap, I just saw how much I wrote... sorry for the wall of text there, hopefully it's helpful though.

I rather enjoy walls of text to be honest. The more information the better. Thanks for the fantastic and detailed response!

So I take it Nicia is 100% must buy? Does she work well with any caster?

Exemplar errants and proxy your cinerators as bastions. TBH the cinerators are not very good.

No worries

And as for Nicia, I wouldn't use the term "must buy", but she's pretty nice to have. She brings speed and stealth and great combined melee and ranged ability, which makes her very different from our normal fighting solos. Keep her safe and hit and run, and she'll almost always make her points back and then some. Plus, because of her speed and ability to charge through things, she makes a good solo hunter, though her MAT is a little low to rely on against casters/high def solos.

Trying a new caster is always nice, imho. But regardless on which caster you settle, I would really recommend getting an Avatar of Menoth, a squad of Exemplar Bastions and Eiryss. They are total mainstays of most protectorate lists and you will get a ton of milage out of these models, almost irrespective what your playstyle is and which casters you favor.
