Unless my memory is failing, IC's in 5th all had the Move Through Cover, and Skilled Rider special rules built into the IC rules.

I'm just getting back into 40k and after checking the BRB, this seems to have changed.

Do IC's still get these, or any, USRs? If so, what page in the BRB outlines this?

Page 39 outlines anythign special with ICs, and no, they no longer get these rules by default. Likely it is the change to both where a single model only needs to have the rule for the whole unit to benefit.

Obviously the other key change is in combat now, as well, where they are no longer a separate unit when fighting.
