Subject: How long until GW responds?

Has anyone had any experience emailing GW's rules email from their website? The website says they respond in 2-3 business days but I have yet to get my initial email responded to after a week.

Yea not in spam and as for an official answer, I'm not looking for something official but am curious on the response regardless.

Well, whenever you ask the rules boys a question, e-mail them twice. Then compare the two answers. Should be entertaining.

Rules tend to be ignored in my experience,
When it's something about models etc... 1 hour or more in the working hours.
