I have a lot of human armies from AT-43 UNA, Red Blok, and a few Omni corp. Are there any good "count as" armies to use theses models for 40k?

Your basic Arachnid warrior isn't too smart, but you can blow off a limb, and it's still 86 percent combat effective. Here's a tip: Aim for the nerve stem, and put it down for good.

Any army with Walkers, really. They could be used as Dreadnoughts Space Marines or GK, Riptides for Tau, or maybe something else like tanks for IG or Space Marines.

The 25mm humans are fairly good substitutes for Imperial Guard. I'd use the 40mm based mechs they have with them as weapon teams.

They make a good excuse for Guard that aren't just cookie-cutter Cadians or Catachans.

Most of the Type 1 walkers (the smallest, like UNA Fire Toads and Red Block Nakovalny's) are perfect Sentinels. Especially as the guns are interchangeable, and you can remove one so it only has a single ranged weapon.

I own 2-3000 point armies of every race for AT-43 but the ONI, as they are nearly impossible to get.
