I play Eldar, but have always wanted to have some salamanders. I recently reeiceved a lot for free, and decided to make a list. First try style.
Hq
Vulcan hestan 190
Troop
10 tac marines MG, MM, in rhino 210
10 tac marines MG, MM, in rhino 210
10 tac marirnes, MG,MM, in rhino 210

Dreadnought TL HF, HF. Drop pod 150

Pretty simple list, plan split tac squads into combat, MG, MM in rhinos, rest stay on objectives in my deployment.mmelta rhinos blow up any thing amoured, 2 flame bouts come in on first turn and flame stuff up behind their lines, vindicatirs blow up big squads. Vulcan rides in one of the rhinos.

While I like the concept of the TLHF/HF dread, you might want to keep some with the basic MM for cracking open tanks.
Rhinos only hold 10, so if you want to hitch a ride, you need to combat squad and leave half the guys behind. And if you are doing that, invest in a razorback and a better heavy.
Or move some of your tacs to drop pods.
Overall your list feels spammy. I'd mix things up a little. It will give you a little tactical depth, which is nice to have.

I was going to use the meta rhinos for my anti tank, gave dreads the flamers to be anti infantry. What do you suggest by mixing things up? I feel TH termites in land raider would be to much of a point sink.

Make one of the dreads anti tank (with a MM) and one of the tacs anti infantry (HB/F, c-flamer on the sarge)
Put a tac squad in a pod (this would give Vulcan a place to ride)
Maybe swap out something for some speeders or bikes.
Mix things up a little. When you take 3 of the same unit, you will do fine in situations where that unit does well. But if you run into a problem where it fails, you don't have anything else to fall back on.

Why not put two of the ten man Tac squad in drops pods that way you are getting three down on turn one. Definitely revert one of the dreads to MM with P fist and heavy flamer.
As for three of the same things in a list I run a salamander drop pod army with three dreads and three 10 man tac squad all in pods and it can be very devastating.
Really spam those flamer, h flamers and melts for the win.

Swith one dread for MM, switch one tac squad to anti infintry, and maybe change a vindicator for a thunder fire cannon.
Don't have any bikes or land speeders, and only three drop pods.

The Dreads should probably all be MM / CCWHF
Its the simplest yet most effective way to get the points out of them. Because there are going to be cases against armies (IG in particular) where HF are going to be barely sub par. Especially since the TL on them is something you already get from Vulkan.
Also, Vindicators? What's their purpose in the list? Anti-Horde?
Flamers already are great for that, and even at Str 10 you aren't killing many vehicles this way.
I suggest you cut both of those vindicators and instead take 230 points worth of Land Speeders. Theyre much more mobile and you can take them in squadrons, making them annoying to get points out of.
If you'd rather even, you could cut one of those tac squads and take bikes too. They have 2 wounds each (attack bikes) and you can take 3 bikes in one squad to get 3 multi-meltas for 150 points on a SIX wound squad. Not to mention one melta round isnt going to make a squad of attack bikes explode.
You should also consider combi-weapons, as they are also twin linked as being part of that profile for the turn under Vulkans rules.
I would suggest a list more akin to this one...

How does that one look?
