This is a completely painted WYSIWYG army (except todays project of building an orky skyshield). I'm pretty locked on the boyz as I only have 3x 26 Sluggas and 3x26 Shootas. I could potentially paint more boyz to remove heavy weapons, but man, that'd be rough to do in time. I obviously have little answer to AV 14 other than glances.
MY remaining WYSIWYG painted Inventory in addition to the above.

Well, that looks like a sturdy defensive army. The main problem I see is the rokkits in the boyz squad and that many orks will be very clumsy to move if you are going on the attack against a castled opponent.
I wouldn't put those rokkits in the boyz squad. Pull em out and make a large tankbusta squad. Drop the 30 boyz to 20 with big shootas and add one more lootas squad (I know you don't have them) and 2nd dakka jet maybe??? Or regular bikes, (not nobs) again you don't have them. You'd still have a green tide and be a little more maneuverable without bunching up.
Thoughts... take a warboss in mega armor to tank the hits for that singular loota squad or grazzy, but he's a little expensive but less vulnerable to high str. low ap rounds turn 2-3.

2k can have 4HQ - you should use this.
A single Dakkajet, is a bit of a waste and almost not worth taking - also add Fighta Ace, it's worth it to get the BS3 against all units on the board. But you could take old zogwort (weirdboy) with a pack of 30 Boyz. and they might get to teleport instead of footslogging. But Zogwort's main job will be to keep Waaagh! going for your Jet.
for your Ork Boyz, I would change the Rokkit Launchas into Big Shootas. Only take a nob with the units that have a HQ attached, PK is expensive and in a Nobs hands not as useful as it sounds. Give the Nob a Bosspole.
So no Warboss with a PK and attack squig? Without Meganobs Thraka or a Warboss in Megaarmor is not worth fielding,
But you can make your PK Biker a Warboss (Bike, Cybork, Attack Squig) and take 10 Nob bikers (painboy, waaagh! banner, 10 Cybork, Orderly, and Bosspole) - this totals 705 points. In my opinion this is the only competitive unit the orks have.
Though a SAG in a tournie, is very dangerous. I would bring it, with a 3 Nob squad (3 Ammo Runts). If you find the points you can add more Nobs but 3 will be enough. The ADL (no gun), or keep your skyshield and keep your lootas. Or you can take a Battlewagon for your 15 Lootas
Making these changes are going to dig heavily into your Green Tide, But you will need to be competitive or at least give the other players a difficult time getting the win from you. Don't go in thinking you are going to win, you might make the mistake of trying to protect your guy and be less crazy than Orks need to be to get the win.

I have no illusions about my prospects for winning. My goal is to win ONE of the six games I play. Sub-goal is to beat ONE "top-tier" list w a no brainer list like mine.

Oh I realized that you might be able to take 2 DakkaJets. I would do this and take Old Zogwort. You never know you might Teleport 18" to an IC and turn them into a Squig - you still might not win the game, but it's so funny, when you put a squig in place of their Warlord.
I recommend 4 HQ
2 Warboss Bikers(attached to the same unit of Nob Bikkers)

No it's not a Green Tide list. But it is fun and if the players you are up against have never seen this, you might pull off a few wins.
With Nob Bikkers you get the 4+ cover, 4+ armor. If that doesn't work you get the 5+ invulnerability and if you fail the save roll, you always get 5+ Feel No Pain.
And you will fall in love with the Twin-linked Dakkagun throwing 36 shots and re-rolling 1-4.
Since you were only taking 1 HQ - having 2 Warbosses in a single unit will shock them, on the charge they get a total of 12 (ws6, str10, ap2) attacks. You will rip through anything in your path.
They are the Target and very difficult to put down. Once your opponent sees them they will throw everything they have at them.
Leaving Old Zogwort the chance to pull in an upset. and even double the shots on your Dakkajets every turn.
The SAG will hopefully weaken them a bit, the Nobs he is with can hold an objective because they will count as a Troop Unit. But you want him to draw fire as well and if he teleports, the nobs will be able to do some damage and he might survive to fire once more.
It's all about shock and awe. Since Orks are outdated and usually dismiss, might as well go out with as big a bang as you can.
