So just got back to 40k after a break (one of many i seem to have) and got my hands on a few badly painted old dreads. so with the blood angel bits i had left after making my Librarian Dreadnought and the striped old dreads i decided to put a death company dreadnought together and had to good idea of repositioning the legs. came up with more problems then i first thought and ended up using some green stuff to make/fix parts (did not have a lot of experience using the stuff apart from filling holes....) this is how far i have got



few more bits to sort out before i start to paint it up.

Quick update where i am at got some of the painting done (sorry for bad pics need new camera)



here is one of the crap dreads i got. will try to make a furioso dreadnought with the other face plate i have and what ever i have in the bits box

That other dread, wow... I sometimes wonder how people manage to completely wreck their models like that

yeah i dont get it at all the one i used for the death C one had a random chaos shoulder pad on the face plate and looked like the person fell in love with the glue was as bad as that one lol and its not even like they was AoBR ones not like they was cheap meh... I WILL SAVE THEM!

so small update dug out a camera that should be a bit better and also got around to the blood talons. They are almost done few touch ups to do but think they came out Ok.



and also did some of the blood drops cant have enough blood drops!!

Ok so mostly done now weathered it a bit (i am a yes they came fresh from the factory kind of person lol). quite happy how he has turned out overall tried alot of new techniques. oh and dont know if i have said but the arms,weapons and magna grapple are magnetized.







added a footprint don't know if i like it lol
