Any ideas on a good paint scheme for the District 5 Buildings from Micro Art Studio Terrain?

I'm stuck on a good colour that would fit in with battles fields for both 40k and Infinty

two options.

1.) Grey scale differing shads of grey

2.) Tau sept color scheme

I'm going with a darkish brown for mine, with tan bases/sidewalks, trying to echo the look of the town at the start of Serenity.
