As first, I am more fluff guy than competitive guy, although I like to over-use some rules from time to time I find funny
This is my main ork army, I momentary own and usually field:

* Mega Boss + 4 Mega Nobs (expecting 6 Mega Nobs weary soon so count them in)
* I have somewhat over 30 Choppa boyz, which I usually use to proxy lootas :\
* Another warboss and 5-10 nobs which I usually field just to fulfill necessary troop choices

* I love big guns, I have 9 lobbas, but i found them not so useful , so I am thinking on taking them out, and having just 3 cannonas
* I ow 3 nice Killa Kans, which I would like to include some times in to list too

* In future I am including in this army list another favorite unit besides meganobs, tha Flasgitz.

But in my last game I have been wiped out with chaos marine lord, and that thingy, that auto wounds and cause additional T tests...
So I was thinking to include IG detachment...

- Company C.S. full Plasmas, and 2plasma pistols
- Veteran S. full Plasmas, and 2 plasma pistols
- Full Ratling S.
Maybe give 'em all camo stuff to increase cover.

I would use those 3 units mostly for things like that chaos lord, and other high T high armor, stuff that could hurt my meganobs.
And this complete detachment is below 400 points...

What do you think guys, will be this waste of my money, and I will find that IG detachment not worth points?

With the few mega nobs you have, I would look at getting at least a Trukk for them, maybe both Nob squads. Does two things... helps get you closer to your opponent faster and it means they have to blow up the trukk first to shoot your Nobz, which now have a auto-cover save from the likely produced wreckage.

Don't get me wrong, Battlewagons are the big winners here, if you can afford them. Nice thing about Orks is that you can custom make a ton of stuff.

If you want to counter the Black Mace, you /don't/ want more troops with lower Toughness. Also, Black Mace doesn't Auto-wound, It is User's Strength, AP 4, Melee, Cursed, Fleshbane, Demon weapon. Cursed: if a target takes a unsaved wound you take a Toughness test. If you fail /then/ your removedas a casualty with no save ( You roll less than your Toughness (so 1-4 for a Ork), and auto-fail on a 6). It goes on from there, but next time look up the rule and read it yourself before just taking your friend's word. You totally mis-played it.
