Dark Angels Librarian with Book of Secrets

This is a list I'm putting together, and I'm thinking of running it for NOVA.
I was wondering your input.
HQ
Farseer on Jetbike
Farseer on Jetbike
Baron
Troops
20 Warriors with 2/Splinter Cannons
20 Warriors with 2/Splinter Cannons
9 Jetbikes w/3 Shuriken Cannons
9 Jetbikes w/3 Shuriken Cannons
Fast Attack
10 Warp Spiders w/Exarch + Spin Rifle
10 Warp Spiders w/Exarch + Spin Rifle
10 Swooping Haws w/Exarch + Hit and Run
Transports
Venom (for DE warriors) w/dual splinter cannons
Venom (for DE warriors) w/dual splinter cannons
Strengths
Lots of bodies on the table is a good strength. 91 infantry on the board plus two venoms.
It has 2 objective camper units, and the rest are all fast shooting units. 2 farseers can throw a lot of buffs/debuffs around.
Weakness
Helldrakes. The only unit that can reliably deal with them are guided Warp Spiders shooting. (20 shots resulting in ~6.33 STR 7 hits).
If I run across a triple helldrake list its quite possible that it will be good game before it starts.

Swooping hawks don't need hit'n'run. They have the movement and range to not get threatened by melee, smart movement works will do the same task of avoiding combat as hit'n'run. An aegis defence line would help, not sure how you could fit it in though. I am right in thinking doom effects flyers right? A quad gun will put the hurt on a doomed flyer. I personally wouldn't use Venoms at all, as with no other AV on the bored, they will be the target of every las cannon on the field. Venoms don't like las cannons. This could be where ADL comes from, or if you REALLY want the splinter shots you could have a unit of 3 trueborn with 2 cannons for about the same price as a venom (56pts).
Alternatively you could use some reavers, a great unit this edition. Drop off some Swooping Hawks (they're best just used for large tau killing blast) to 6 and have a unit of reavers. A unit of 6 with double heatlance (Your list is lacking LR killing capacity apart from haywire) costs 156 points, 2 venoms cost 130.

Can't take Venoms for 20 man squads, can only take DE transports for squads that can fit in them.
Any sort of artillery in a list could be a rough matchup for you.

Also, leadership. LD 8 on those big blobs right? So 5 die (not hard) and have a 1/3 chance of running away...
Wave serpents are where it's at. Failing that; jet bikes and warlock/seer council on bike or whatever it is you guys do. Failing that, how about that Jetbike autarch with 2+ reroll able cover?
Does Nova allow Iyanden? Wraithknight warlord.
Hey, warp spiders are good though! ;P

Am I missing something here? The only way you have to deal with AV14 is Haywires on the Hawks and that isn't going to end well. Honestly against any kind of mech list you will have trouble, you have to be right up close and roll pretty damn well just to kill 3 light vehicles. I also see nowhere you would want to put the Baron, he is wasted in the Warrior units and isn't a great fit for the normal Jetbike units either (no jump back move, and with no assault ability you want to be using that all the time).
I wouldn't just be fearing Heldrakes with this list tbh, it has almost no way to deal with fliers at all. 2 units of Spiders do a reasonable job, but you don't have the target saturation to pull that off as there is nothing else which will threaten fliers.
The first thing to fix is that those Venoms are illegal as you can't fit the squad inside. Then playtest this list against a) some durable fast assault lists (Fleshhound bomb, Screamer Council etc) and b) some lists which are largely mech. You could probably dump both the 20 man blobs and still have plenty of anti infantry firepower tbh, you desperately need some heavy hitters and a counterassault threat would be nice as well (i.e a WK to stop anything and everything just zerging you).

Have fun with any IG list as well - you have no way of stopping artillery incoming let alone the vendettas.
Essentially, IMO, you are missing all the things that make the Eldar and Dark Eldar lists great! I mean - where is the heavy support for starters?!?

Is this new to 6e? I thought the only restriction on dedicated transport is only the unit they come with can be embarked...

p91 of the DE book under Dedicated Transports explicitly states that a unit may not select a dedicated transport if the number of models in the unit is higher than the transport capacity of the vehicle.
I like your list for the most part though. I'm not sure that you need 2 large blobs of warriors with cannons and then venoms as well, it's probably better to get some lances on the table. Also Heavy Support is probably the best slot for either army, I'm sure you could free up some points to take at least some of those. A couple BL war walkers and/or a Ravager might help on the off chance you encounter AV14.

In fact, Eldar and DE lists should always max-out heavy support.
However, you're going another route with maxed-out Eldar FA. Those lists have some weaknesses as already noticed.
