I have not played with a good amount of flyers. I do have an aegis defense line with a quad gun. Any responses would be nice.

Extra Armor is bad. Downgrading Stunned -> Shaken is mediocre - after all, you still can only snapfire, and the ability to move isn't that big a deal.

That alone will save you 90 points.

I'd drop the Plasma Pistol on the Captain, but I'm assuming you've already modeled him with it. Plasma Pistols are decent, but for the points they cost that might be better spent somewhere else.

I don't know what else you have, but those are a few simple suggestions.

Drop all the wargear off the sergeants, and get rid of the extra armor on the Rhinos.

Mixing up turret lascannons and sponson heavy bolters is a bad idea, if you shoot at a tank the Heavy Bolters are wasted and if you shoot at infantry the Lascannon isn't very efficient. You want either:

TL-Lascannon + Sponson Lascannons
Autocannon + Sponson Lascannons
Autocannon + Sponson Heavy Bolters

Captains are really really bad. Librarians are the best HQ choice. I would at least drop the captain and consider replacing him with a Libby.

Extra armor is just not a good upgrade, would recommend dropping it across the board. Also don't think Plasma Pistols are worth 15 points. Better off giving the Assault Squad Flamers.

I don't have any flamers. I can drop the power fist from the jump Sgt and give him a power sword or just a Chain Sword.

i can also get the SM Sgt down to just reg gear.

I do not have a Lib for this painted army.
