Shapers are already 21 points, so a total of 56 points for a T3 6+ model seems a bit pricey. I forget their LD, but it's 9 right?

Doppelganger seems too good for a primaris power, since at T3 they will be getting a lot of wounds through. Takng out dice from the wound pool for a standard power just seems too good. That and do you get to pick which wounds are ignored from units with multiple weapons?

I like Invigorate. Not a big fan of 2, 3, or 4. 2 and 3 just seem too much like other psyker powers that already exist, and 4 just doesn't sit well with me.
One thing I'd like to see is making a power that causes a terrain piece to become a mysterious forest, degrading ruins with overgrowth to reduce cover and such. Nothing over powered, can mess up enemy units hiding behind ruins or buff the Kroot unit.
Maybe a power to give them Monster Hunster or something.

I love the idea of trying to make the shaper useful, and totally agree with the Shamanic powers concept. Just think the abilities should be more focused around Kroot specific boosts and keeping the shaper cheaper.

I'm expecting an Imperial Knights supplement dedicated to GW's loyalist apologetics. Codex: White Knights "In the grim dark future, everything is fine."

"The argument is that we have to do this or we will, bit by bit,
lose everything that we hold dear, everything that keeps the business going. Our crops will wither, our children will die piteous
deaths and the sun will be swept from the sky."

I chose Doppelganger for the Primaris for a couple reasons.
My local club/group doesn't have many forest pieces for terrain, mostly ruins so I almost never get to make a save with my Kroot. Secondly their 6+ save is mostly useless and they don't have the sheer numbers to make up for it like Orks do. Finally you remove attacks after hits but before wounds, so there's a chance that the attack wouldn't have wounded you anyway if it's bolter/shuriken/lasguns.

2-3 are indeed mostly filler/copy paste from other disciplines. For #4 I was originally going to do Get's Hot but rememberd objuration mechanicum and the Neuroweb Jammer did the same thing.

I like your ideas for degrading cover and forcing mysterious forest though.

Here is the Shamanism Table V2 taking your suggestions into consideration:

Primaris - Doppelganger - Blessing(1) - 12" - Roll d3+2. You may ignore that many enemy hits. Used before rolls to wound are made. Edit: May only target Unit Type: Infantry.
1 - Invigorate - Blessing(1) - 12" - Unit gains Feel no Pain(6+) and Fleet
2 - Reclamation - During your shooting phase, instead of firina weapon, target piece of terrain counts as a forest for one game turn.
3 - Mark of the Hunted - Malediction(1) - 18" - Unit must reroll successful saves
4 - Natural Corrosion - Malediction(1) - 18" - Rolls to wound of 6 are instead treated as 1s
5 - Grasping Tendrils - Malediction(1) - 24" - Unit moves as if through difficult terrain
6 - Alter Flora(1) - 24" During your shooting phase, instead of firing a weapon, target piece of terrain counts as a mysterious forest/river for one game turn.

Doppelganger is just asking to be used on a Riptide. Straight up ignoring the low RoF antitank fire that will be fired at it is too good.

I suggest Doppleganger as follows:

Doppleganger is a blessing that targets the psyker. Roll D3+2. Whilst this power is in effect the unit can ignore that many hits (determined before rolling To Wound). If the unit contains a character in a challenge, the ignored hits can be split between the psyker and the rest of his unit.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

Did not even consider that...Adding clause: May only be used on Unit Type: Infantry
