So I see the autarch upgrades. Me sad when he goes to each shrine of each aspect and sees what? Star lances, spinneret rifles, firepikes, mirrorswords....And what does he do? fething picks up a lasblaster. Thanks GW! No but seriously I was thinking of an idea called a "Cronarch" which is basically an Autarch but much more blinged. They are much more widely renowned Autarchs. There are only 30 or so spanning the entire universe. They've participated in countless battles helping the Eldar race survive. These guys are bausses. The points and stats are kinda fillers and I have no fething clue what I'm doing here. I might be high.

I'm finding it challenging to take you seriously. In future when making posts, be a little less random in your post humour. To be honest this just seems like a "Make your own phoenix lord" kit. Man that 2++ shield is overpowered. DE have one, and when they fail it, its gone for the rest of the game. That's the only 2++ save in the game from what I recall, and it permanently deletes itself on failure. This once failing is gone for a turn, and as far I recall, is cheaper than the DE one. My personal opinion when making your own rules is to not try to make good items. You'll inevitably through inadvertent bias make it too good. Just think of an idea for a cool item, then make it, see what people think, then tweak it if necessary.

If phoenix lords get a well deserved buff to WS/BS/I 8 then maybe a 'Cron'arch could have WS 7, but unless that happens then he shouldn't be on the same level as a literal Demi-god of battle.

5 attacks should be 4, because 6 attacks with a basic pistol is stupid. Ld 11?? 10 is the highest you can get. 2+ save? Are you sure this isn't a marine character? 3+ with a upgradable 2+ maybe. Also use the words YOLO on the internet is a sure fire way to be despised through out the world ^^

3++ invul is stupid base, what makes this better then a normal autarchs force shield. Stay 4++, maybe upgradable.
I hope you mean 2+ instead of 2++ for rune shield, because that would just SCREAM OP. replenish wounds is stupid, that's a special character thing, not a normal HQ thing.

Weapons are just over complicated and OP. ( I mean strength 10 Assault 5(!!!!), what the fudge!) Wanna make a better autarch give them access to exarch gear, not all this Gak. Also, cramming together a banshee and scorpion mask is just wrong, think about the fluff!!!
